Description

Nous fournissons plusieurs solutions de produits, allant des transistors discrets, des solutions MMIC intégrées intégrant une adaptation interne et une linéarisation sur puce, et des amplificateurs doubles à utiliser comme configurations d'amplificateur push-pull ou symétriques. Les LNA de Qorvo sont fabriqués à l'aide de nos procédés pHEMT avec des longueurs de grille de 0,15 µm, 0,25 µm ou 0,5 µm.

Caractéristiques :

  • Facteur de bruit ultra-faible - aussi bas que 0,4 dB NF
  • Polarisation active intégrée pour la plupart des pièces
  • Correspondance intégrée sur puce pour la plupart des pièces
  • Disponible en "bare die" ou en package
