Description
Les produits 2.4GHz proposés par Berex sont des RFIC (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits) frontaux compacts et hautement intégrés, conçus pour l'extension de la portée des systèmes sans fil Bluetooth® Smart / Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) et ISM propriétaires.
Ces dispositifs sont optimisés pour un fonctionnement sur batterie avec une efficacité accrue, fonctionnant sur une large plage de tension d'alimentation de 2,7V à 3,6V, ce qui les rend adaptés à un large éventail d'applications, y compris les systèmes sans fil alimentés par batterie.
Le premier genre dispositif combine un amplificateur de puissance (PA), un bypass et un commutateur d'émission/réception (T/R) dans un boîtier QFN 16 broches de 2 mm x 2 mm x 0,45 mm. Le dispositif est également intégré à des réseaux de filtrage et à des circuits d'adaptation d'entrée et de sortie. Ce dispositif est idéal pour les applications BLE à portée étendue pour les opérations de classe 1 / classe 1.5 1.
Le second dispositif combine un amplificateur à faible bruit (LNA) de réception (Rx), un bypass bidirectionnel, un commutateur d'émission/réception unipolaire double (SPDT) dans un boîtier QFN de 2 mm x 2 mm x 0,45 mm à 16 broches.
- Le dispositif est également intégré avec un circuit d'adaptation entrée/sortie et des options de mode LNA Rx pour une faible figure de bruit et un faible courant 2.
