This unique combination provides fast data transfer rate performance and allows for effective integration in small form factor applications, such as kiosks. The InnoLite mSATA mini D150Q also supports the SATA II standard (3.0Gb/s) and is compliant with JEDEC MO-300/MO-300B standards and SATA-IO mini SATA standards. The InnoLite mSATA mini D150Q is an MLC-based flash device and is available in capacities from 4GB up to 64GB.
