Description


Le LT-STM est un microscope à effet tunnel fonctionnant jusqu'à 10 mK et offrant une résolution atomique. Nous pouvons personnaliser sa conception pour l'adapter à votre système de cryostat disponible. Contactez-nous pour plus de détails.
