Description

La famille de circuits intégrés InnoSwitch™4-CZ s'associe à la famille de circuits intégrés à pince active ClampZero pour améliorer considérablement le rendement des convertisseurs d'alimentation flyback, en particulier ceux qui nécessitent un format compact.La famille InnoSwitch4-CZ incorpore les contrôleurs primaire et secondaire, l'interrupteur de puissance PowiGaN et la rétroaction de sécurité (FluxLink) dans un seul circuit intégré.

La combinaison de l'InnoSwitch4-CZ avec le ClampZero réduit considérablement les pertes du système et de l'interrupteur primaire, ce qui permet d'atteindre des densités de puissance extrêmement élevées.

Idéal en utilisation avec le circuit ClampZero :

  • L'InnoSwitch4-CZ intègre également de multiples fonctions de protection, notamment la limitation de la surtension et de la surintensité de sortie, ainsi que l'arrêt en cas de surchauffe.
    • Des dispositifs sont disponibles pour prendre en charge les combinaisons de modes de protection à verrouillage et à redémarrage automatique typiquement requises pour des applications telles que les chargeurs, les adaptateurs, l'électronique grand public et les systèmes industriels.

Encombrement réduit et intégration élevée :

  • Contrôleur flyback à commutation de tension nulle (ZVS) avec pilote pour ClampZeroTM (circuit intégré à pince active).
  • Algorithme de contrôle unique permettant la commutation ZVS à la fois en DCM et en CCM
  • Commutateur primaire robuste PowiGaNTM 750 V
  • Fréquence de commutation à l'état stable jusqu'à 155 kHz minimisant la taille du transformateur - Pilote de redressement synchrone et détection côté secondaire
  • Liaison de rétroaction FluxLinkTM intégrée, isolée par HIPOT
  • Précision CV/CC exceptionnelle, indépendante des composants externes
  • Détection précise et réglable du courant de sortie à l'aide d'une résistance de détection externe

  • Jusqu'à 95 % d'efficacité : Consommation à vide inférieure à 30 mW, détection de ligne incluse
