Description

Le portefeuille de commutateurs discrets de Qorvo comprend des produits allant des commutateurs unipolaires et unidirectionnels (SPST) aux commutateurs unipolaires et unidirectionnels (SPnT) et aux commutateurs de transfert n-polaires et unidirectionnels (nPnT). Ces commutateurs offrent un large éventail de performances grâce à l'utilisation de plusieurs technologies, notamment SOI, pHEMT, GaN et diode PIN.
