Description

Les filtres passe-bande microruban Knowles offrent des topologies de filtre classiques qui permettent d'obtenir d'excellentes performances dans un Encombrement réduit lorsqu'ils sont fabriqués sur des substrats céramiques.

  • La miniaturisation peut atteindre de nouveaux niveaux en utilisant des matériaux céramiques Knowles à haut k.

Différentes techniques sont employées pour obtenir des dimensions réduites et des performances élevées.

  • Les dispositifs du catalogue sont livrés avec un blindage intégré et les versions pour montage en surface sont conçues pour être utilisées sur la plupart des matériaux de circuits imprimés RF.

Les caractéristiques typiques comprennent une fréquence centrale de C à plus de la bande Ka, bien que des dispositifs personnalisés soient disponibles de 1 à 60 GHz.

Les filtres passe-bande passent la gamme de fréquence désirée et suppriment le reste du spectre indésirable. Conçus de 800 MHz à 67 GHz.

Caractéristiques :

  • Stabilité en température : -55 à 125 °C
  • Réduction de la taille du filtre : jusqu'à 20 fois en utilisant le matériau CG, 10 fois en utilisant le CF, 3 fois en utilisant le PG par rapport à un PWB typique.
  • Haute répétabilité : la fabrication en couche mince permet une performance de fabrication précise ; pas de réglage.
