Les thermistances NTC sont des résistances semi-conductrices qui présentent des caractéristiques de résistance décroissantes avec l'augmentation de la température.

Description

Les thermistances NTC (à coefficient de température négatif) sont fabriquées à partir d'oxydes métalliques frittés.

Chaque thermistance est constituée d'une combinaison de deux à quatre des matériaux suivants :

  • Mn, Ni, Co et Cu.

Les thermistances NTC sont des résistances semi-conductrices qui présentent des caractéristiques de résistance décroissantes avec l'augmentation de la température.

Les thermistances TDK ont de faibles constantes de temps thermiques qui se traduisent par des taux de changement de résistance extrêmement élevés pour suivre la température avec précision.
